- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch wide. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow dish, add the all-purpose flour.
- In a second shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and water until well combined.
- In a third shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then the egg mixture, and finally roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
- Let the chicken strips rest for a few minutes before serving with your choice of dipping sauces.
